Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS​

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following:

​Cancellations made with 2 days notice - 100% refund
Cancellations made with less than 2 days notice - no refund 

Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@listentofeel.com.
Any refunds will be issued to the bank card that was used to make the original booking​.

However, if you would rather change the date or time of the session instead, that would be absolutely fine.
