WELCOME TO THE AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Amy Rogers. Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and me regarding your use of my website www.listentofeel.com. By accessing or using the site, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the site.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content on the site, unless stated otherwise, is owned or controlled by Amy Rogers.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

When buying a service you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service description and any policy linked to the service before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you commit to buy a service and you complete the check-out payment process.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR:

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGES AND SOUND BATHS

(Public Events and 1:1 or small group bookings)

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following:

Cancellations made with 2 or more calendar days' notice - 100% refund

Cancellations made with less than 2 days calendar days’ notice - no refund

Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@listentofeel.com

Any refunds will be issued to the bank card that was used to make the original booking.

As an alternative option, you are welcome to transfer your ticket over to a friend if they are able to attend instead and there will be no charge for this. All I ask is for you to email me if there is a change of person and to ensure that they have read the Sound Bath Health Policy prior to arriving at the sound bath.

(Corporate Events)

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following charges

Cancellations made with 10 calendar days' notice or more - no fees due

Cancellations made within 5 - 10 calendar days' notice - 50% of fees due

Cancellations made with 4 calendar days’ notice or less - full fees due

RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MODIFY TERMS

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. I will indicate the date of the latest update. Your continued use of the site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

PROMOTIONAL EMAILS AND CONTENT

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages from me by email or any other contact form you may provide me with (including your phone number for calls). If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please just notify me at any time.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in certain activities on this site, including unauthorised use, interfering with security features, or violating national or international laws or regulations.

PERMISSION

You grant me permission to use any information or personal data you provide in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
