Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

(1:1 or small group bookings)

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following:

Cancellations made with 2 or more calendar days' notice - 100% refund

Cancellations made with less than 2 days calendar days’ notice - no refund

​Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@listentofeel.com 

Any refunds will be issued to the bank card that was used to make the original booking.

(Corporate Events)

Once a booking has been made and accepted, cancellations will incur the following charges

Cancellations made with 10 calendar days' notice or more - no fees due 

Cancellations made within 5 - 10 calendar days' notice - 50% of fees due

Cancellations made with 4 calendar days’ notice or less - full fees due
